Instructor Qualifications & Credentials:
Allison Thomas is a board-certified music therapist with over a decade of experience, having earned her certification in 2010. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she obtained in 2022. Driven by a passion for bridging the business knowledge gap among therapists, Allison is dedicated to empowering those in or aspiring to enter private practice. Since 2011, she has owned and operated Mainstay Music Therapy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Under her leadership, the practice has grown from a solo operation to a thriving business with over 18 music therapists, a dedicated clinic site, and a National Roster Internship program.
